To use Enchatted, we collect:

- Profile images and banners
- Messages you send
All data is stored on our server, and users can request deletion at any time via our contact email. The contact email can be found on the bottom of this page.
We do not collect or store any personal data beyond what is necessary for account creation and operation.
We do not sell any user data.
How to change my email address?
To change your email address, let us know via our support email.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the content they post. Illegal activity is prohibited.
If you do anything stupid, we WILL delete your account.
5. Content & Reporting
Enchatted does not actively monitor messages. However, we may remove content reported as illegal or in violation of these Terms. Users may report content via our contact email.
Do we have access to your private messages? Yes. To some extent, we may access messages for moderation or legal compliance purposes.
Do we actually read them tho? No. Nobody will check your messages unless there's a legal reason or a serious violation.
6. Account Deletion
Accounts may be deleted upon request. Please email us with your account details, and we will remove your data.
If you want to prevent your account from being logged into, you can deactivate it in your account settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Enchatted is not liable for user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion.

File uploads are hosted via Catbox and are subject to their terms of use.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
